My son chose this lovely hotel for our one night stay while visiting him for my daughters birthday. The gentleman that checked us in was also who checked us out the next morning, he was very friendly and professional. The room attendants do a wonderful job as the rooms were very nice and clean. The entire hotel was clean and smelled nice including the elevators! It was very easy to get to and there's so much to do close by. We thank you for your hospitality and we will choose you again in the future as needed! 😊

Stayed here for a honeymoon staycation and was extremely happy with the hotel & staff! The staff was EXTREMELY nice! They even brought me a gift since they found out it was my honeymoon! The hotel is kept very clean & the bar/ eatery is nice as well! Highly Recommend! Thank you Nicki for going out of your way to make us feel so special!

Very clean and quiet room and courteous staff. Far from the crowd but close enough to the heart of Woodlands. The sofa bed sheets were not that new and one or two towels in the bath were a little smelly, but overall a very clean room. The distance of the faucet from the sink was very small so it's really hard to wash hands.

Let me start by saying the staff at this location are truly amazing. Seriously they are friendlier than a box of kittens. From the front desk to the maintenance team. My only wish is that they would compensate their employees for their hard work and dedication better. Definitely under appreciated. Super clean, great location and for the most part up to date. Only downside is the overhyped breakfast and stiff beds…

Book a room to celebrate our anniversary this weekend with a stay-cation, and we had such a blast! Myra and Zyon were so nice and took such great care of us and addressed all of our needs. We enjoyed the drinks at the bar, the nice pool, and the outside patio area. The suite itself was very nice, clean and spacious. The location is very close to the Mall and the many local business surrounding the area, making it a perfect place to explore what The Woodlands have to offer. Definitely going to book another stay soon!!

My mother stayed at this location for several weeks and left her nice makeup mirror in the room by mistake. She called and they did not have it in lost and found. More than likely it was stolen by the cleaning crew. What a shame given that this is a nice hotel and great area.

This place truly was top notch. The price was great and the place was so nice. It felt safe and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The staff was so friendly, they made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are outdated, pool is small, no parking ever available because is full. Room was dirty, nobody cared. The buffet for breakfast closes 15 minutes before they should. Tv is not a smart tv. Not to par with the Hyatt name. Definitely not luxury.
